As more fitness, health and wellness professionals upload their videos, captured one to one, in their studios, at their gyms, outside, and in the course of life on video, MyTrainer is empowering everyone, bridging the gap between professionals and the community and breaking down the barriers of time, money and insecurity that prevent millions of people world wide from have the support they need to succeed.


MyTrainer is currently self-funded. John Allen Mollenhauer “JAM” and Eddie Enriquez proceeded to become the first members of the MyTrainer management team and currently serve as Founder and Chief Executive Officer respectively.


MyTrainer has struck numerous partnership deals with value added industry players, to ensure that MyTrainer Members and Trainers have the best experience possible.

The original brainchild of John Allen Mollenhauer “JAM”, who as a trainer and gym owner in the early 90’s saw a need to inspire, educate and support as many people as he could. Limited by reach, the only problem he had was that there was no Internet at that time.


With the rise of video and social networking technology, the MyTrainer Vision is now possible, and John Allen was there to get it started to ensure the potential now exists for every person on the planet to have access to the support they need to succeed, from real people who have an expertise to share.


The overall vision for MyTrainer is to enable anyone any where to have a trainer, regardless of time, money or insecurity and to bridge the gap between trainers who are usually limited by geography, and the global community.

As Founder, John Allen’s responsibilities include oversight of business development, marketing and operations for the company. He also created the clean, simple interface that lets the community easily interact and share video across the globe.


As certified trainer, and lifestyle trainer and coach, former business manager for best selling author Joel Fuhrman M.D., and a protégé of Tony Robbins. John Allen started his career at 19, launching Olympia Fitness Center and then a small chain of health clubs, Major League Fitness with then Strength Coach of the Mets, Keith Cedro.

Expanding his wings at the commercial inception of the Internet, John Allen moved into the role of vice president of sales for Design FX Interactive and launched South Jersey Online with Commerce Bank and then Bell Atlantic. It was in 1995 that he formed Custom Media Communications, Inc, a holding company for developing IP for his company that exists today; Performance Lifestyle Solutions.


Prior to MyTrainer, John Allen was the founder of Olympia Fitness Center and Major League Fitness. He was also the original Angel investor in the business social network Ecademy.com. One of several lifestyle solutions he is also the founder of www.NutrientRich.com the new trend in eating and the most successful way to eat for health, high performance and natural weight loss. He appears frequently on radio and television shows, including Comcast CN8, WTBQ, Air America, MoJo Radio, and others. He is a featured speaker at the Annual CoachVille Conference, the National Health Association Annual Conference, and the Monkey Bar Gym Fitness Chain. He speaks at corporations and business conferences including all types where listeners and attendees discover the Performance Lifestyle. He is a regular contributor to the award winning Health Science Journal.

As CEO of MyTrainer Networks LLC, Eddie Enriquez oversees the strategic and business development of the company.


Enriquez is responsible for building and developing numerous strategic partnerships and relationships as well as focusing the overall direction of the company. A former athlete and lifelong sports performance enthusiast, Enriquez promotes MyTrainer aim of providing online members with the most current and advanced video file sharing and social networking technology.


Further, through Enriquez’s efforts, Enriquez has provided strategic alliance, Web site design, and integral sponsorship for “Get Lean Houston” – a city-wide initiative to join efforts in hopes of enhancing the wellness of Houstonians.


Enriquez previously served as president and co-founder of IMEDIANET, a marketing venture portfolio containing several start-up technology/Internet companies, where he offered strategy, direction and guidance for market penetration, strategic partnerships, contract negotiations, and venture capital opportunities. IMEDIANET is primarily supported by IMEDIA, Inc. an integrated marketing agency where he served as Executive Vice President of the company.


Prior to joining IMEDIA, Enriquez held three executive level positions during his 10 year IT career and draws extensive industry expertise from his experiences at Knowledge Base Systems Inc., Southwestern Bell, Siemens ROLM, and Coopers/Lybrand. His marketing, sales, technology and management skills are based on his foundation in multiple vertical markets including business process re-engineering, IT, specifically emerging technologies such as Internet, database marketing, and data warehousing.


Enriquez currently owns and operates a sports performance company called CAP Elite with various locations across the southwest.


Enriquez received a football scholarship to Rice University where he received a Bachelors degree in Human Performance and Health Science.
