The Portable Monkey Bar Gym! Get an incredible workout anytime and virtually anywhere!

One of the most fit people in the world is very good friend of mine, Jon Hinds of the Monkey Bar Gym chain, which was started in Madison Wisconsin. One of the great things about the Monkey Bar Gym is that it was founded on the premise that exercise is natural; that fitness is really about running, jumping, pulling, sprinting… essentially challenging yourself using portable gear, your body weight and your natural environment. Essentially, that fitness is really about PLAY!

Jon Hinds and his family fitness company Lifeline USA, have been creating fitness gear on that premise for nearly 4o years and unlike many other training facilities, The Monkey Bar Gym has not equipment in it other than portable fitness gear, the bodies that walk in and the natural environment around the facility.

I always keep portable fitness gear around, to challenge myself regularly, and since I don’t have a Monkey Bar Gym close by me, I use a Portable Monkey Bar gym to do many of the exercises I would do at Jon’s Gym.

I think having portable gear around turns your house into a gym, and you never miss a workout.

Meet Eddie Enriquez as he talks about the mega legs workout. This SIC workout happens to be at a gym and goes beyond “portable” fitness equipment, but it is an intense workout that is powerful and might take a few days to recover from, but in the the meantime, your body becomes a fat burning furnace, because your metabolism will be naturally stimulated, but not depleted, which is the hallmark of a SIC workout.
