I know what it is like to be overweight.I applied myself at a Weight Loss Challenge and was inspired by the trainers so much that I went from a Fast Food Manager to a Personal Trainer and Boot Camp Instructor.

I work out 4-6 days a week both at a gym and outdoors doing bodyweight exercises.
