For starters, as the original founder of MyTrainer.com, I wanted every body to be able to have a trainer regardless of time, money or insecurity and the best way I found to do that was using the Internet, to deliver free fitness videos, sports videos and training videos… … As well as, access to the fitness, health and wellness professionals that provide the videos in a social network we call “MyTrainerâ€.
MyTrainer.com was the first solution I conceived of because all healthy high achieving people are inspired, educated and supported by competent trainers and coaches who help them see what they can't on their own and move forward in a position of strength.
Personally, I'm just a guy with a vision of creating a more balanced, healthier world. I want to improve our society and empower people the way others empower me.
I am currently single, I live in North Jersey. I am very active, love to train, take part in active events like bike tours and challenges. Reading and writing are a passion of mine, about the psychology and physiology of health and human performance.
Why do I enjoy performance training so much? Simply because increased capability, disease free quality of life, and having the best experience of life possible are all very high values for me.

My Fitness Experience:
Fitness is where is all started for me. As a young athlete and competitive bodybuilder in my teens and twenties, I was a personal trainer and gym owner. My first gym was Olympia Fitness Center in Verona NJ. I then went on to found Major League Fitness with the strength Coach of the New York Mets, a chain of large fitness centers in Northern New Jersey.
I started with a traditional view of fitness, the “bodybuilding†perspective but then after years of injury and chronic back pain working outside the fitness industry, I learned a more functional view and approach. No longer in my twenties and barraged by the stresses of the computer age on my body, it was not longer about body building, it was about functional athletic training.
As a student of Performance Lifestyle training, I have experimented and trained with bands, balls, bodyweight, free weight, machines, obscure objects etc… I particularly like bodyweight as your body is always with you so you can truly train or exercise anywhere.
I have learned and trained with people like Jon Hinds who I consider my fitness mentor, and from others like Keith Cedro, Eddie Enriquez, Jay Lally, Matt Furey, Carlos Santana, Ryan Lee, and others.
I teach people how to progress to power level fitness so they can do what they want to do free of the risk of injury, with even more confidence. I offer the Fit for Power "basic training plan" for the Performance Lifestyle that explains how Healthy High Achievers train to develop stability, strength and more.

My Athletic Experience:
First and foremost I “live athletically†and teach others to do the same in a Performance Lifestyle that works for them and the achievement of their goals. I teach “Like a Pro†seminars on the subject.
In sports, I have the usual story starting out as a wrestler, football player and base ball player, I then went on to become an endurance athlete. Having the experience of over 50 endurance events including the 24 Hours of Moab and Allamuchy, has given me a great deal of experience.
Today, I compete for fun, usually against myself and engage in local team sports. I am not an athlete’s performance coach, but I have solid athletic experience.
