Jay has over 25 years in the fitness industry. He has worked for exercise physiologists like Mark Randall building large in home client bases. He has also spent numerous years training members of professional sports teams such as the New Jersey Devils and the New Jersey Nets. Jay has also acted as a personal trainer at the Vertical Club in New York City training numerous actresses. Presently, Jay is training clients under the functional training methodologies of industry pioneer Juan Carlos Santana.
Jay has studied martial arts for over 35 years and holds an 8th degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. He has also trained in California with world champion kick boxer Bill "Superfoot" Wallace and numerous Brazilian Jiujitsu instructors. In addition, Jay has also owned and operated his own martial arts schools since 1982. Presently, Jay teaches mixed martial arts, referees, coaches, and manages numerous mixed martial arts fighters throughout the country.
My lifestyle experience:
Jay Lally has dedicated his life since the age of 13 to staying fit. He has always strived to excel in his personal life and to share with others his knowledge.
My Nutrition Experience:
Jay has found that following a natural healthy diet has helped his level of fitness improved. He found that by eating the proper foods his body was able to recover faster. Jay normally follows a grazing type of diet where he eats four or five times a day not just one large meal. Jay has found that this formula helped his metabolizm and kept his body fueled.
My Fitness Experience:
Jay has over 35 years of Martial Art training, 25 years of fitness training and countless hours of Core Training.
My Athletic Experience:
Jay Lally is a level three certified "Ginastica Natural" instructor. Trained under professor Alvaro Romano.Jay teaches Core Stability, Mixed Martial Arts,various weight training and balance to enhance the bodies flexibility.
