My lifestyle experience:
I have had the usual experience of weight gain with having children and the struggle to resume a healthy weight. I currently have regained and maintained my healthy weight for 3 years. I continue to try to set a healthy example for my daughter who is trying to keep a healthy lifestyle in the ultra skinny society we live in.
My Fitness Experience:
I have been a Group Fitness Instructor for 12 years and a Personal Fitness Trainer for 2 years.
